A summary of the decisions requested in submissions made on Variation 1 of the Proposed Regional Land and Riverbed Management Plan has been prepared by the West Coast Regional Council. Further submissions may now be made.

Any person may make a further submission in the prescribed form supporting or opposing the submissions lodged. A Submission Form can be downloaded from the link below.
Submissions must be received by the West Coast Regional Council no later than 5.00pm, Friday 2nd March 2007, at its offices in Paroa, Greymouth. Submissions may either be delivered direct to the West Coast Regional Council, posted to P.O. Box 66 Greymouth, sent by facsimilie to (03) 768 7133, or emailed to info@wcrc.govt.nz.
You must serve a copy of your further submission, within 5 working days after making the further submission to the local authority, on the person who made the original submission.
