The West Coast Regional Council has embarked on a process of making much of the information we collect about the West Coast region available on our web site. Some of this information will be available directly from an interactive map just by clicking on a feature.
The first type of feature to be mapped in this way is water quality sample sites. For these sites you can select a site and then you can click on the "additional monitoring information" link to view the actual data we hold and even graph it. The results will display on the Search tab so you may need to click on this to see them.
So just follow the link below and when you reach the map page click on the Help tab for some simple instructions on how to navigate around the map.
