Provides the framework for managing effects of land disturbance and activities in river and lake beds.
It is important to note that following Consent Orders issued by the Environment Court the previous version of the Proposed Plan has been amended. If you have used the Proposed Plan before then you need to check the current version to see whether there have been changes to the Objectives, Policies, or Rules that you used last time.
The Plan includes the Wetlands Variation (Variation 1) which is shown as underlined text in Chapter 5A and within the rules. These particular underlined parts may still be subject to change as the Variation 1 process continues.
