Council's Annual Plan for the 2011/12 financial year
Council is pleased to present its Annual Plan for the 2011/12 year. Council’s focus remains firmly on its core Resource Management Act, Transport and Civil Defence Emergency Management responsibilities. Council has again managed to hold the rates at a level that is expected to match the natural growth in the rating base.
