It is important to note that following Consent Orders issued by the Environment Court the previous version of the Proposed Plan has been amended. If you have used the Proposed Plan before then you need to check the current version to see whether there have been changes to the Objectives, Policies, or Rules that you used last time.
Two live appeals remain on the Proposed Plan.
One is an appeal is on Rule 12.4.3 which means that rule cannot be used at the moment to permit an activity and a resource consent is required.
The other appeal is seeking the inclusion of a suite of Objectives, Policies, and Methods relating to Wetland management and does not affect any of the current Plan provisions.
