2019-20 Annual Plan Consultation
Submissions on the 2019/20 Annual Plan have now closed.
Council will be hearing submitters on Friday 21 June. They will make their decisions on submissions on Friday 28 June before adopting the 2019/20 Annual Plan.
Every three years Council completes a Long Term Plan, and in the years between an Annual Plan is produced. The Annual Plan sets out what Council is proposing to achieve in the year ahead, how much it will cost and how progress will be monitored.
The draft Annual Plan for 2019-20 follows the direction Council set in its Long Term Plan 2018-2028.
This year we are seeking feedback on the following topics:
- One District Plan
- Dairy farm inspection charge
- Rating District Proposals, including:
- Carters Beach
- Karamea Rating District
- Punakaiki Rating District
We would also like your feedback on the transfer of powers for navigational safety from the Regional Council to the Grey District Council.
